What format are the ebooks in?
All ebooks purchased directly from Calibre Books are delivered as PDF files, which can be read on virtually any device — computers, tablets, phones, and most e-readers. Selected titles are also available in EPUB format. Kindle editions are available separately through Amazon.
How do I download my ebook after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account on our website and visiting the Order History page. Download links remain active so you can re-download your books whenever you need to.
Can I read the ebooks on my Kindle?
Many of our titles are available on Amazon Kindle — look for the “Also on Amazon Kindle” note on individual book pages. For books purchased directly from our site as PDFs, you can transfer them to your Kindle using Amazon’s Send to Kindle feature or by connecting your Kindle via USB.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a full refund. No questions asked. Please include your order number in your email.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing for bulk purchases, educational institutions, libraries, and corporate clients. Please contact [email protected] with details of your requirements and we’ll put together a tailored quote.
How often do you publish new books?
We add new titles to our catalogue regularly. The best way to stay up to date is to subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage, or follow us on social media. You can also browse our latest releases on the Books page.
I’m having trouble downloading my ebook. What should I do?
First, check your email spam or junk folder for the download confirmation. If you still can’t find it, log into your account and visit your Order History page. If you continue to have problems, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Can I share my ebook with someone else?
Ebooks purchased from Calibre Books are for personal use only and are subject to our terms and conditions. Please do not distribute, share, or upload our books to file-sharing sites. If you’d like to purchase copies for others, we’d be happy to help with that.
